June 15, 2026, 2:00pm at Kailua-Kona Courthouse.
This case challenges the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) associated with the proposed Keauhou Bay bungalow resort development.
For many residents, Keauhou Bay is more than a location. It is a place of fishing, canoe paddling, cultural practices, recreation, history, and community gathering. Community presence in court helps demonstrate that people care about the future of Keauhou Bay and want these issues fully heard. You do not need to speak. Simply showing up and respectfully observing the proceedings can make a difference. June 2026.
